Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All puppy purchases must be paid in full by eight (8) weeks of age.
If payments are not received in full by this time, Seller reserves the right to re-offer the puppy for sale and
the deposit will be forfeited. If for any reasons a puppy remains after (8) weeks of age because Buyer can not
accommodate a reasonable shipping date/delivery set forth by the Seller, money received will be applied
as boarding fees at a rate of $20.00 per day, unless prearrangements are made in advance and agreed to
by the Seller.

If arrangements for shipping are not satisfied upon the agreed dates, the puppy will be considered
abandoned. Seller reserves the right to then resell the puppy, and any remaining balance/funds received
will be forfeited as deemed necessary to the Seller as liquidated damages NO REFUNDS will be given
for ANY reason.

No Personal Checks will be accepted. Only Cashiers’ Checks, Money Orders and Cash will be accepted
as forms of payments or deposits. Final Payments on puppies will be made by the time puppies are
(8) weeks old, ready for delivery. All payments must be cleared through financial institutions prior to release
of puppy for pickup/delivery. A copy of Photo ID/State issued Driver’s License will be required by all Buyers
requiring shipping, and must be accompanied with Final Payments.

The Seller warrants to the Buyer:
1.
The puppy will have first shots and will be wormed. At the time of delivery of puppy, it will be
accompanied with AKC registration, State of Florida Health Certification and/or vaccination records.
As of this, the puppy is in good health, and free of communicable diseases. Buyer has 72 hours to
have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. Any claims must be made within that time.
2.Both ears are guaranteed to be erect by one year of age. If either ear is not showing signs
of standing upright by three months of age, Buyer agrees to begin taping therapy program as instructed
by Seller. If taping therapy does not cause the ear(s) to stand by one year of age, the Buyer can return the
puppy/dog at their expense, and receive a replacement puppy/dog of equal value from the next available
litter from Vom Haus Saffore Shepherds. The original puppy/dog must be returned along with the AKC
papers transferred back to Vom Haus Saffore Shepherds before a replacement puppy will be given.
A statement from a licensed veterinarian verifying that no trauma has occurred to the ear that will not
stand must be provided to the Seller before guarantee will be honored.
3.The puppy will be free of genetic canine hip dysplasia for the first year of life. The puppy’s hips must
be x-rayed by a licensed, certified, and skilled at producing x-rays for OFA evaluation. The x-rays must be
submitted to OFA. If the hips do not certify as excellent, good or fair, and no other film is required by OFA,
a puppy from a subsequent litter, of Breeder’s choice, and of equal value will be made available to the Buyer.
The Buyer will provide to the Seller proof of spay/neuter as well as all AKC papers with the signed transfer of
ownership back to the Seller prior to receiving the replacement puppy. Seller will honor the 2 years OFA,
less than fair, if prelims are done and found to be clear prior to 1 year of life, with NO exception.
Dysplasia caused by obesity, dietary deficiency, or over exertion and other preventable reasons is
NOT WARRANTED.
4.If any dog that is subject to this contract is bred or becomes pregnant prior to 2 years of age and/or
without OFA certification, this contract becomes NULL AND VOID.
5.Reproductive Capability is NOT guaranteed.
6.Temperament is NOT guaranteed.
7.If Buyer chooses to spay/neuter prior to 18 months of age, this contract is NULL AND VOID
from the date of surgery.
8.The male puppy will have descended testicles within one year of life. (This applies to Working
Quality puppy only). This is for intended breeding and stud purposes. In order to receive a replacement,
Buyer will return the AKC papers transfer of ownership back to the Seller, along with proof of neuter by a
licensed veterinarian, prior to receiving the replacement.
9.Buyer agrees that the Seller reserves the right to repossess the puppy/dog that shows evidence
of neglect or abuse.
10.This contract/agreement applies to the original puppy Buyer, and is not transferable.
11.The Buyer is responsible for ALL costs of shipping and/or transportation, including, but not
limited to crate, health certification and airfare to and/or from Vom Haus Saffore Shepherds. This applies
to both the original purchase and a replacement puppy.
12.The Buyer agrees the selected puppy name shall include on any and all registrations submitted
to AKC the ending name of Vom Haus Saffore, which will be written on the initial application form for
submission to AKC by Buyer. This name will be included in all entries to any clubs or organization and
for recognition of any titles received.
13.The Buyer hereby releases the Seller from any and all liability arising from the sale, raising, or
training of the above mentioned puppy. The Buyer further expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
the Seller with respect to any alleged liability or liabilities that the Seller may be charged with, including
the tendering of defense to the Seller, by the Buyer in the event litigation occurs by reason of the activities
raising or training of the puppy/dog.
14.The Buyer has read all of the foregoing, understands, and agrees with the above provisions,
and acknowledges a receipt of copy of this agreement.
